It’s rare for me to come across a product I love and can’t live without. This is the case with Halo Covers. Halo Covers are dish covers created to help reduce single use plastic and aluminum foil waste. They are superb quality, made of 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and elastic. The only time they prove challenging to use is on overloaded bowls, where food is moist. For example, placed on an overflowing dish of spaghetti and meatballs, will not prove to be the best option. Even in this case they will work, simply cover with parchment paper first and then layer with the cover.
